  12. message, for a truly seamless interface.

  15. payment is not currently available.

  29. provide the  name  of your system  EXACTLY  as it  is  entered in  the
  30. PCR-Scan.CNF file, line #1. Enter the name in the space below.  Please
  31. circle any extended  ASCII  characters, and note their ASCII  Code for
  32. me.  The  BEST  thing to do is load this form into a text  editor  and
  33. enter the name of  your  system  exactly as it appears in  ALL of your
  34. PCR-Scan configuration (.CNF) files.
